Mill Bay Baptist Fellowship is seeking a Lead Pastor after accepting the resignation of our former Pastor
of 10 years who has transitioned into his retirement.

Our fellowship is in Mill Bay, on Vancouver Island in Beautiful British Columbia about 42 km north of our
provincial capital, Victoria. Mill Bay Baptist Fellowship is a multi-cultural faith community with a
congregation of about 95 – average attendance of about 65. Our vision is to be “a community following
Jesus, with a heart for the region and beyond”, by loving God, loving one another, and loving our
neighbors in the manner expressed by Jesus. We are praying to see the church grow younger by
refreshing our worship services to better reflect our current times, encouraging youth to be part of
worship and leadership, and by continuing to spread the love and fellowship we are known for inside
and outside our church community. Our church is very involved in assisting refugees to come to Canada
and helping them settle.
